Your blog is very nice and your recipes look delicious! Good luck to you in the future! My son is an executive chef in Boston Mass, in the USA and he just completed a national competition called the Couchon555 last night. He did not win and we were heartbroken for him. I know about all of the hard work and determination that goes on behind the scenes- He put in 90+ hours a week for many weeks preparing. I am writing you to say that the learning that is gathered while preparing for such high-stakes venues is a gift that far exceeds the actual trophy. I hope to see future creations on your blog very soon! I can tell that you have a passion for this industry!
